Returns & Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without needing to provide a reason.

The cutoff for canceling an order is 30 days from when you received the merchandise or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same method of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns:

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The items were purchased within the last 30 days

  • The items are in their original packaging

The following items are not returnable:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Items that are not suitable for return owing to their nature, such as those that deteriorate quickly or with expired dates.

  • Items that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery.

  • Items which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not fulfill the above return criteria at our discretion.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Please send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product arrives, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift-giver.

Services:

If the service you paid for is canceled within 72 hours, you will be refunded 75% of the amount paid. If canceled more than 72 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund.

Events:

If the event you paid for is canceled within 2 weeks, you will receive 75% of the cost back. If canceled more than 2 weeks before the event, a full refund will be given.
